Um exakt die Vorgaben der Konstruktionszeichnung einzuhalten, werden diese Produkte zun\u00e4chst durch Kaltverformung hergestellt. Nach der Fertigstellung erfolgt ein H\u00e4rten durch Hitzebehandlung, um Elastizit\u00e4t und Federkraft zu verbessern. Das Thermische H\u00e4rten erfolgt bei uns im Hause in einem Spezialofen mit Stickstoff-Wasserstoff- Umgebung. Diese Gase sorgen f\u00fcr einen Oxidationsschutz w\u00e4hrend des thermischen Durchlaufs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f11ee78
