Los Electro-Coat gaskets are made of sealing gaskets coated with conductive material. Electro-Coat constituting core is resilient and its mixture does not present metal particles, this is why Electro-Coat gaskets show optimal properties in terms of resistance to compression and to deterioration.
Silver, which is a conductive material, is only present in the thin outer membrane used to coat the core providing excellent conductive properties and highly reduced compression force. According to the application needed, other materials and finishing are available.
Euro Technologies’Electro-Coat gaskets can be customized upon request; we offer: die cutting, water jet cutting, oscillating knife cutting (plotter), injection and/or compression molding.
