I certifications obtained by Euro Technologies over the years testify to the Company’s commitment towards their customers; these certifications represent and additional achievement of the Company’s objectives.
I certifications obtained to date are four: ISO9001/2008, RoHS compliance, REACH conformity and NATO homologation.
ISO9001/2008 certification is a worldwide-recognised standard for managing a company through the best planning of its internal resources. First obtained in 2009, it refers to the manufacturing to customer specification of EMI/RFI shielding electronics and thermal management components as well as the marketing of these products and EMI shielding silicone materials and gaskets for mechanical applications.
RoHS compliance, obtained in 2010, certifies that Euro Technologies does not use hazardous substances – such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) used as flame retardants – in the production of electric and electronic devices.
2010 was also the year REACH conformity was achieved; this deals with the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of use during the production of some chemicals.
Finally, among the certifications obtained, we would like to mention the NATO homologation for the provision of services and materials to the US Government or the US military bases in Italy.
