Euro Technologies works with modern and very efficient cutting plotters which allows Euro Technologies to deliver all kinds of possible geometries and shapes of EMI-flat- gaskets to their customers without any additional tooling cost. Only a drawing of the gasket as DXF-file is necessary. This drawing can be provided by the customer or Euro Technologies is also pleased to generate this drawing.
For the production of a customer specific gasket the first step is to fix the gasket sheet material on the plotter table using a vacuum pump. Because of this vacuum-technology also here are no further tools required. The next step is to cut the customer specific EMI-gasket (based on the DXF-drawing) out of the sheet by using a high frequency oscillated blade. The cutting blade is CNC regulated, works very detailed, manageable and repeatable even at very high lot sizes.
Euro Technologies therefore is able to cut customer specific almost every rubber-, silicone- and plastic-flat- materials out of their product portfolio (EMI- and Thermal products) by using their plotters and like already mentioned without any tooling cost. Euro Technologies gladly provides short-term customer specific gasket samples to their customers relating to customers application.
