Thermally conductive insulator – EU-INS500

EU-INS500 is a thermally conductive, conformable interface material. It has been designed to be used between component and heatsink to eliminate air gaps and improve the efficiency of heat transfer.

EU-INS500 consists of a ceramic filled high temperature silicone rubber coated on electrical grade fibreglass. This composition gives to this product high thermal performance and also a voltage isolation of 6000V.
