When environmental restrictions limit the use of silicone, EU-GREASE250 provides the answer. This SILICONE-FREE based grease provides comparable low thermal resistance to silicone-based thermal greases.
With a high thermal conductivity of 3.8 W/mK, EUGREASE250 thoroughly wets thermal surfaces to create a very low thermal resistance.
EU-GREASE250 eliminates migration issues of siliconebased grease to create superior reliability.
EU-GREASE250 is non-toxic and environmentally safe. Supplied in 0.5 kg, 1 kg and 3 kg containers. Custom syringes are available upon request.
