EU-PCM-FS is a thixotropic thermal phase change material, wax-based self-supporting.
At temperature greater than 52°C, EU-PCM-FS changes into a molten state creating a very thin low thermal resistance interface, between heat sink and component surfaces.
EU-PCM-FS is thixotropic and doesn’t flow from the interfaces. EU-PCM-FS has a thickness of 0,125mm and available with or without adhesive depending on the mounting requirements of the application.
– Very low thermal resistance
– High reliability
– Easy to use and handling
– UL94 V0
