EU-PCM-90 is naturally tacky providing easy application.

At 50°C, EU-PCM-90 begins to soften and flow filling the microscopic irregularities of component surfaces it contacts, thereby reducing thermal interface resistance. EU-PCM-90 is supplied with protective liners for easy manual at large volume automatic applications.
