Heat treatment for spring effect enhancing

Custom contacts or fingerstock developed by Euro Technologies are produced with raw copper beryllium alloy, not heat treated, in order to be conformed as per drawing. Once finished, the parts are tempered (heat treated) in order to enhance elasticity and spring effect. This temper is made in house, with a azote/hydrogen controlled environment oven. These gazes will help to protect against oxidation during the thermic cycle.
